Event Elite has been working with San Miguel Beer for organizing part of Beer Festival in Hong Kong Dragon Boat Carnival since 2016. Over the years, San Miguel has been always supporting local Hong Kong culture and we kept up this momentum to design the theme of “一齊起勢撐！” (Support Together!) in 2017.
Our creative on theme design of the event, together with program planning, decoration design and production, we have made the Beer Festival even hotter in the past passionate summer. With years of outdoor event management experience, we are proud to claim the expertise in handling these work scopes in the most challenging season in Hong Kong under uncontrollable weather.
Located in the centre of city, D2 Place has become a new gathering spot for youngsters and families in recent years. In Christmas 2017, Event Elite has transformed D2 Place into a mysterious world snowland and forest for metropolitan to explore.
Turning the roof garden of D2 Place One into “The White Planet”, the 12,000 ft2 white land with Eskimo igloo, special light effect and breeze snowflakes, has become a nice check-in point for photo-taking.
Not only an in-mall decoration setup, but also joining Lumieres Hong Kong in The Garage of D2 Place Two, we brought a completely new and unique 4D lighting experience. By utilizing different LED lights, Animation Mapping, and Responsive Lighting Techniques, we made it into an undiscovered world hidden deep down in the earth.
Involving different parties in the activity, great logistic planning and cooperation were critical. Given a tight production schedule, our professional team has showed our capability of completing the entire production in less than a month.
It has been almost a decade that Carlsberg did not launch any new products. While in late 2017, a new flavour – Carlsberg Smooth Draught was grandly introduced. Launch dinners inviting internal staffs and trade partners were held individually. Those amazing nights were the first time for the product to be publicized in Hong Kong.
To tie with the characteristic of product – smooth texture, Event Elite made the 3-hour dinner to be “smooth & silky”. From venue decoration, crew wardrobe, performance & show, dinning menu to even a napkin.
To wow the guests, we designed a great light show to start the night, followed by a dance show called “Aerial Silk” and an amination show. Effort was also put on the menu design, we invited actor Steve Lee (鼎爺), a famous foodie / chef in Hong Kong to create a tailor-made menu. Each dish is designed to be smooth-textured or a good match to pair up with our smooth beer.
Unlike other event management, we just not only creating the visual experience like deco & performance, but extended to the taste experience creation. Every guest is fully surrounded by “smooth & silky” in multi senses.
The “Freshly Made Everyday” Event was first launched in 2016, due to overwhelming response, the Event was put on live again as local tour in 2017.
In the past 125 years, Nestle Groups insists on the product quality control. With high internal quality standard, products are produced everyday to keep fresh. With family as the target audience, fun gaming is always a nice way to engage them. Event Elite designed the event to be a playground with different games, each game to highlight & educate the freshness of individual Nestle product on the manufacturing & delivery process. Through interesting game like puzzle, cow milking, LED screen and clawing game, parents & kids could get closer. And big props/displays of boxed milk, beancurd dessert, delivery truck & yoghurt brought fun to the kids as well.
With good relationship with shopping malls, we successfully made a favourable deal on venue rental or even free rental for Nestle. Thus we are capable of creating, managing and executing an event in an effective & efficient, and cost-saving way.
“Le Moment” representing the laidback living style of French, oriented from France, Kronenbourg 1664 would like to bring this leisure experience to the hectic & frenetic city.
Fully wrapped Knutsford Terrace, Event Elite helped to transform it into a Premium European Street Night Party. To enhance the Le Moment experience, entertainment and interactive program were arranged throughout the long street. Live Jazz band in French & English song on balcony of Mira Mall, violin & accordion performance, macaron tasting team, mobile photo team, mime performance and portrait coin were set up at different sections, so to make everywhere thriving. With our tailored-made K1664 table lamp, the brand was strongly presented.
This event was particularly challenging due to several aspects, limited space, no central landlord or restaurants committee and weather issue. Several show/performances were on live at the same time within a small area. Through detailed rundown planning & management, we ensured each show to be well performed & guests enjoyed, while the shows wouldn’t clash with others and crowds were evenly spread. Without a central contact point, time & efforts were needed for liaison with individual restaurants and building property offices on Knutsford Terrace, to invite them joining the event and provide electricity. Last but not least, weather is always unpredictable and influencing an outdoor event. With nice weather on the first night, heavy rain came on the second night. Having marquee & umbrella prepared at first hand, we were able to carry out the contingency at once.
